I got automated confirmation texts of our appointment and confirm I’m coming morning of. It’s snowing out, so I guess they CLOSED FOR THE DAY and couldn’t be bothered to call people with scheduled appointments to give them a heads up. I called their store number on the door and number on our confirmation email, no one answers. Thing is, when I got there the door said OPEN-COME IN and it’s locked with the lights off.
