If I could give 0 stars I would. They totally messed up my taxes for 2 years and even I called all Helen would do is hang up on me. Dave told me that there was nobody higher than him to speak with. Well, there is a corporate Liberty and within 5 minutes they had everything fixed and money in my account. They are great... but the office in St. Albans is the worst place I've ever been! Plus they charged me over $600 to file 2 years simple returns with one W2... ridiculously expensive. Beware they are NOT good CPAs go anywhere ... read more
I made an appointment a week ago and received reminders about my appointment yesterday and today. I showed up at my appointment this morning at 9:30am along with 2 other customers but nobody was there. The other customers ended up leaving so I went across the street to H&R Block and they saw me right away. I was so impressed with Judy at H&R Block. I’ll be returning to them next year.
Helen rozsos is a amazing person and did amazing job she is good at her job.
Fancy was amazing. She went above and beyond to help us. She's so compassionate about her job. I will recommend her to everyone. Plus she looks amazing.
