The Liberty Tax office on Lockhill Selma Rd, San Antonio, Texas has a precious Jem in their office, Ms. Judy Diaz. We were certain that we filed our taxes for 2024 correctly and were expecting to have to pay taxes again this year for 2025. Ms. Diaz looked over our 2025 taxes and said that we were not going to have to pay taxes because we had already paid into taxes plenty; then she looked at our 2024 taxes and right away saw where we had made a one-line error that made a huge difference!! DO NOT GO TO LIBERTY TAX. PLEASE GOOGLE: LIBERTY TAX HIGH PRICES. THEY GOUGE YOU AND TACK ON HUGE HIDDEN FEES. THEN THERE IS A HUGE FEE TO TAKE IT OUT OF YOUR REFUND AND THEY DONT TELL YOU THAT. I WAS READY TO PAY UPFRONT AND JUDY SAID, "oh, I already sent it." SHE DIDN'T EVEN OFFER. MY FEE WAS $555! OUTRAGEOUS.
