After years of doing my taxes with this company, I am extremely disappointed. The service provided exhibited a lack of necessary competency, as they hired someone who had no knowledge on how to help us back in March 2025. The preparer has been unresponsive to repeated attempts to follow up, as well the General Manager of this store. Resulting this to complete breakdown in communication.
