Made an appointment to have assistance with a tax form. I showed up early but unfortunately no staff was a present. I waited until 10 minutes after my appointment time, and still did not have a staff member present. The window has a sign reading "professional" though this felt anything BUT professional. Would not choose this facility again.
I set up an appointment online for a quick appointment of my choice, they were very quick and helpful, and got me more money back than I usually get doing turbo tax. Will definitely come back.
