Its been 3 years filling my taxes with Mrs. Shobana Ranganathan, she is very helpful and professional.
Came in knowing there was an error in my filed tax return but couldn't locate it and wanted to see if they could help, was willing to pay for their time. All I received was the worst attitude with the woman treating me like an incompetent person and talking over me saying "I'm not done talking" when I was trying to explain my situation to her. At the end she said that "I just have to pay the taxes" meanwhile TurboTax Live was able to locate the error for me and get me back over $4,000 that the error originally was going to h... read more
