Melissa was the best!! We just had the biggest snow storm in years in Sevierville. I wasn't working that day as I'm in construction so I thought 🤔. Go ahead and get your taxes done. No other tax service was even opened that day. I usually use another one so I called them, no answer. I just started going through the Google recommended stuff and no answers.
