My direct deposit number was wrong even though it resides in their system. I had to create an ID.me account withe the IRS. It's been a couple months, still no deposit made. I tried to make an appt. with Liberty tax online, and it made the appt. with my location. I showed up and nobody came to meet me. I called a different location and they said the office is closed until next tax season. So nobody but the IRS can resolve the situation, and I don't think I'll use Liberty Tax again.
I filed my taxes here after state accepted returns I attempted to recontact them to get paper work they said they had to send for me to pay my taxes after 2 weeks of calling daily and emailing I haven’t been able to contact anyone and can’t pay my taxes don’t use this place if you can’t go in person as reaching them via phone or email seems to do nothing no idea why they won’t just send me what I need to do my taxes using this service will likely result in me paying a lot more in tax’s since it will be late do not recommend ... read more

It Took a month of horrible communication before I went in, asked for my paperwork back, Called H&R from the parking lot, could file same day, Return a week later is already pending. Miss Charles, wish I could have connected with Raquel. But $10 more=better results.
