Whoever did my grandparents taxes entered in something wrong, so now they have to wait 16 weeks for their amended tax return. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else more professional.

Never will I go here again. Got charged for something I didn't ask for. You work for me, if I choose not to have you do them you shouldn't take it append yourself to do it anyways. My son had his done there also , cost him $400. To have the government fix his federal taxes in his fav because it was not done right.
