I had my taxes done, and the tax preparer (or accountant) who assisted me was absolutely wonderful. She is an incredibly pleasant and welcoming person, creating a fantastic atmosphere throughout the process. Despite having multiple tax returns to file, she worked extremely quickly while ensuring everything was accurate and thoroughly checked. I feel like I was robbed. I normally file my taxes through H&R Block and the only reason why I filed through Tac Liberty is because I was told by a friend that I could qualify for a 2500$ advance. I lost my job in October and am a single mother and have been struggling to make ends meet and been on the verge of homelessness and losing my car so I went there because I needed the money now.
