I came to the office in Canton and dealt with Suzana, who was fantastic. She took me back to her office and started on my issues immediately and fixed the problems. The office in Ellijay completely knackered my taxes, then lied about their mistake. The girl that processed our taxes wasn’t qualified to ask “Do you want fries with that?”.
