Still haven't heard back from them in WEEKS! They've been "doing" my taxes for months now. Lost information I had already given them. They are never in their office when they are supposed to be. No one returns your calls or emails. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Worst experience ever.
I have been waiting for literal MONTHS now to get my taxes back. No one communicates with you. Every call and email we send goes with out a response. The day the lady said our taxes would be done, was the last time I heard from her because she had to contact me to ask me for more information that had already been provided for her but she clearly lost, to start doing my taxes even though she said that they would be done that day.
