The people are nice. But I was overcharged. The price is told to you at the end but u do have a decision to say no thanks and walk away . The company makes the price not the guy that's helping you so im not mad

Is it normal for the tax prep after filing to keep my paperwork I left with nothing! I was told to come back in a week for my personal information and documentation. Never had this happen before and I’m very scared of my personal info being used in a harmful way I need answers about why I can’t have my w2 all the info I filled with my social I don’t feel comfortable not knowing. Have anyone been here and had this done before? Nice guy other wise but that was not comfortable to here especially when I’m done that’s when I find... read more

Cost was not told to me until finished. Not happy with the price and when they tell you the cost.
