Fast and friendly
I had my income tax done with them a few years ago to help out filing income tax and include filing my medical expenses correctly for the first time. It cost me and my wife shockingly over $750 but got a big refund at least. After looking at it more, it was done incorrectly and end up giving back the refund in fear of being reassessed. My wife is sill fuming.
