My first interaction was with Ms. Melva who was kind and helpful. Mr. William Daniels was amazing. He was very patient and helpful. I originally owed but was told there were additional credits I should be eligible for and I went to the local HR Block to ask advice. They weren't interested in getting into details so I felt disheartened. I was referred to Mr. Daniels by a coworker and he listened and was willing to look over what I had.
