Never go to this place. I have worse experience. I filed a tax returns couples of years ago.
I filled my taxes almost 4 months ago and still got nothing all they tell me is to wait another 3 days or another week and nothing comes the place is ran very unprofessionally it has adult fully grown chickens running around the place and it smells like a farm the guy doing the taxing is trying to do 10 things at once and can’t even finish a person taxes because he also has kids running around very poorly ran tax place I will never come here again it smells like a chicken coop/daycare I’ve been coming here for almost 4 month... read more
I hate this place the last year it was great Mike had never failed me. But now this year it’s really bad everybody up there is unprofessional and no one does there job. It’s nasty in there and Mike don’t give a damn about he’s customers. The irs said that they send both my fed and state out and I still haven’t gotten anything and every time I ask anyone in the office about it they all would say they will look into it and never do. Place is like a farm/daycare. Mike does not pay attention to customers. Is busy watching a child and having birds fly lol over the office. This place is mayhem. Does not pay attention to detail had wrong account # and routing and will not fix it.
I wish I could not give any stars. I have 5 family members including myself that filed Jan. 29th with Mike. He has a petting zoo, day care, and idk what else he has in glass cages and dogs running around popping and peeing everywhere. Last year I didn’t receive my taxes until Nov. This year none of us who filed our taxes with Mike the tax guy has gotten any word from him when we will get them.
