Great service very personable and taxes quickly done!
I had my taxes done, and the tax preparer (or accountant) who assisted me was absolutely wonderful. He is an incredibly pleasant and welcoming person, creating a fantastic atmosphere throughout the process. Despite having multiple tax returns to file, He worked extremely quickly while ensuring everything was accurate and thoroughly checked. This was a great quick stop to get taxes done that i have been forgetting and forgetting, thanks
Very poor services. Called a number of times and gave all my details but the guy kept entering the wrong information and kept calling me every weekend to get me to sign the docu sign with the wrong information. After two whole months of going back and forth over so many emails and phone calls I had to do my taxes myself. Tried calling his supervisors but only he would pick up the phone every time.
