I only went with them because they were close to me and my CPA moved away. They are more expensive than my CPA. My first year filing, they forgot to apply depreciation which it must continue regardless if your renting or not. Oop! We found this out the second year. So to fix their error they wanted to charge us for their mistake. Their excuse to not fix this was they wanted the forms to look identical to my CPA's.
