Good Service, But Pricing Was Too High! I recently visited the Liberty Tax office on Markham Road for a simple tax filing for myself and my wife. Overall, the service was good, the staff were friendly, co-operative, and professional. We appreciated how they explained the process clearly and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. My wife and I were assisted with filing our taxes today, it was swift and stress free, we didn't have to book an appointment prior. Joyce was very helpful and well informed, she was done in less than 20 mins, Ibrahim was gentle, attentive and organized. I'd definitely be filing my taxes here next year, it was a better experience than the staff we met last year.
First time using Liberty Tax and this location was fantastic! No wait time and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Tax return was completed quickly and went over everything in detail. Highly recommend!
