This is the first time I’ve used this firm to do both mine & my wife’s income tax. The lady that worked with us was not only very pleasant & friendly BUT extremely knowledgeable:) Not to mention very proficient! It took me longer to gather my necessary paperwork to get in to her than it did for her to complete both tax forms! There’s no question that I/we have become regular (future) clients.👍
Of course it’s expected that all interactions with any “Designated Professional” and or “Professional Services Company” be exactly that, a truly professional experience deserving of earned accolades. The utmost of importance is that both the Company and their Associates be fully briefed and current to all licensing industry protocols and those too on the horizon.
