Shirley was AMAZING! I had been very anxious to do my taxes since I was behind a year and had messed up trying to do it myself. Shirley was very patient and friendly. She explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand, I’ll be coming back next year!
When I went to pick up my copy of my tax return the representative ask me for my whole SS number while there were other clients in the room. And she expected me to recite it out loud. Needless to say I was not pleased with this practice. I don't want the world to know my SS number. I appreciate the discount but I am reluctant to recommend Liberty Tax Service.
