Excellent service and friendly staff
I had a terrible experience with Liberty Tax. My mother works for Jeep, and she was excited to see a flyer offering a $200 tax service for Jeep employees. She provided all of her tax information, but then was told the fee would be $250 plus a $50 direct deposit fee — not at all what was advertised. The office never even called to advise her that her taxes were done and ready to be signed. She had to call.
