My wife has done our taxes for 20 years...she passed away last year so I went to Liberty Tax to be sure I did not run into any problems. I went in Feb so I would not have to worry about anything at the deadline. Everything seemed fine but tax guy GS suggested setting up a payment for the $1055.00 i owed to be taken out of my bank account on 4/11. I should have paid right away. I had the worst experience imaginable with Liberty Tax, and I strongly urge everyone to take their business elsewhere. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff was rude, disorganized, and completely unprofessional. They seemed more interested in gossiping amongst themselves than actually helping clients.
