Jehan was amazing and throughly went over everything with me. I have been coming to liberty tax for over 15 years and she was by far the best person I have ever had.
There hours say 12-6 but it’s almost 1 I just got home from going up there and there closed still Its safe to say I’m not going back there
Only real complaint is they avoid going over the fees of their service. The base fee is $80, which you have to pry out of them. If you want them to cover other items for your return like work from home, rrsp, staycation credits etc each item is like $15 more, just to enter it into a field. Of course they never tried to mention what the fees are, they just send a final bill and then still hesitant to explain the fees until you ask multiple times.
