Filed my taxes incorrectly which then lead to me getting reviewed. When I got them to submit documents for the review they submitted them incorrectly which then lead to me owing a substantial amount. Took zero accountability when I told them what had happened and said that it was my fault. Would give zero stars if I could.
Been using this location for years very knowlegable. Staff. I always get max return they even helped me get. Disability tax credit i got back alot $$$$
