Shady, shady, shady! What was supposed to take 2 weeks took 3.5 months, & then they didn't give me all my money. I'm taking them to court! I will prevail!
A tax worker name Angela from this location (Prince rd) she was very HELPFUL. I had did my taxes at Liberty tax on Valencia and the man from that office wasn't helpful at all 😑 I got a letter from IRS and needed his help to get that done! Wasn't sure what the hell i was doimg (never got a letter from the IRS) but The man from Valencia told me that he couldn't help me cause it wasn't the Tax Liberty's problem. He was being a jerk !!!
