I recently had a VERY disappointing experience with liberty tax Pembroke. I’ve been using liberty tax for the past few years because it was what I used before I moved to Pembroke. I was treated very rudely all around and the manager in particular talked to me in a very condescending manner and had an awful attitude towards me. I would have let it slide, maybe, because you know, we are just human and have bad days. However; I was treated in the exact same manner last tax season. Great accurate service. This year will be my 4th tax prep. Very professional and efficent.
We've been going to them for years now. They are trustworthy and know what they're doing. They answer questions without making you feel "like you're bothering them" which I appreciate. I highly recommend. Also it's nice to see the same staff there years after years.
