I had the most satisfying experience with Helen. I was feeling alone and overwhelmed by the CRA, and Helen made more than just my day with her clam professionalism and competence.
I went and saw them to file the last 2 years of taxes. Both were a zero dollar tax return. He charged me $120. Even professional chartered accountants charge $35-$45 for zero dollar tax return. I asked him to overlook a previous year because it was misfiled. He wouldn’t even tell me or show me how to fix that . Horrible service . He was rude and kept telling me I was wrong. He even lied to me about the disability tax credit benefit .
