Great service for personal income tax.
When I became the executor of my step mother's estate, I used Liberty Taxes as that is who the POA, before my position was required, used before. The POA pre-paid, yet taxes had not been completed. Once we got that sorted out over the span of many months, several unanswered emails, phone calls and finally getting head office involved, I once again reached out to inquire about the final years taxes before closing the estate, and was again left with unanswered phone messages and emails. My experience with them is really bad, i don't recommend anyone to get any service from liberty tax. I am already been waiting for my union taxes from past 14 days and i was told that i will get my taxes back in 10 -12 days. And now when i called them they said we can't help you i need to wait for another 12 days the lady on desk is not even willing to listen me she is just saying okay have a good one over and over. I paid $285 for two years of taxes. Very disappointed
