My experience with them is really bad, i don't recommend anyone to get any service from liberty tax. I am already been waiting for my union taxes from past 14 days and i was told that i will get my taxes back in 10 -12 days. And now when i called them they said we can't help you i need to wait for another 12 days the lady on desk is not even willing to listen me she is just saying okay have a good one over and over. I paid $285 for two years of taxes. Very disappointed

Very unprofessional and rude bunch of old ladies , they whipped up my taxes like a burger at McDonald's ,they shorted me tons of money and acted like it was nothing and ripped me off bigtime and are now under investigation....do not go there!
Liberty tax, I have went to them for the last 3 years always got a good return and this year they looked at it closer. Helped me with better refund. Very thankful for there help and experience
