Really went the extra mile to help get the maximum amount and made 3 years of a nightmare all better.
So, they did my taxes and said I owed $9800. I thought that made no sense, but I payed it anyway. I then got contacted by CRA who did an audit on me, and when I shared Liberty Taxes filings they said that they had absolutely NO idea how they came up with these nonsense numbers and they promptly refunded me the $9800 cause it turns out I DIDN'T owe that. What a monumental screw up on Liberty Tax's part.
TERRIBLE at what they do. They did my taxes 2 years in a row and BOTH years they screwed up and filed them incorrectly. Completely incompatent and useless staff. I'm done giving these idiots a chance
