I have been coming to John Reid and his wife Jenny for approximately 17 years. They are very efficent in their filing taxes, very pleasant to work with and I wish they still had the ability to issue the refund checks on the spot like they did in the past. I will not go anywhere else to file taxes. Best customer service ever.
I was unfortunately recommended John at this location by my previous tax accountant who has since retired. I had high hopes of gaining assistance in completing my taxes, and was immediately disappointed. In our first interaction on the phone, I was scoffed at by him when explaining I was looking for assistance with personal taxes and I was generally treated like I was a nuisance for contacting him in order to obtain the services that he is entirely responsible for delivering, seeing as that is his job. 5 star ratings aren’t enough for this impeccable team!! When it comes to taxes, Johns proficiency is unmatched. John and his family have been doing my taxes for about 20+yrs now.
