Was already a Liberty Tax customer for several years but the service I received from Brent this week was exceptional. He takes the time to explain items on your return and answer any questions you may have.
Just had complications with another company doing my taxes so took it upon myself to take my business to Liberty tax. The other place I was at kept me waiting for 1.5 hours. Liberty tax helped me instantly. Brent Larsen was the gentlemen who helped me, he was awesome and very thorough about my return. He’s also taking the liberty to go through previous year returns to see if I’m owed more money at no extra cost unless there’s a return for me!
