It is an amazing place 10/10
Inept and unskilled. Gave me numbers that I knew were incorrect, so went elsewhere and got twice the return.
My partner went and did his taxes last week, not Only was the price of them, insane, but one of the ladies Flat out asked him if he smoked ...with her hand on her face and said she couldn't help him and went to the one other lady and switched with her. How embarrassing for someone, if you do not have customer service skills, then don't have a job in customer service.. Just ignorant.
