It was my first time having my taxes done by someone new. The profess was simple and Elisabeth was thorough explaining all I needed to know about my return. Very satisfied overall.
I usually use H&R Block; however, this year I decided to use Liberty Tax due to my guy retiring. I had Kayla as my consultant and was immediately at ease. Kayla was sweet, through and answered any and all questions. I will definitely come back to her.
