Very friendly. Work is done in a timely fashion
This was a very easy experience! I was able to come in, fill out some paperwork, and complete my appointment in under 45 minutes. The staff was very friendly and able to answer all of my questions. I would easily recommend them to anyone looking to do their taxes.
LIBERTY wouldnt give me a copy of my completed 1040 after they submitted my taxes to the IRS electronically! The gal that prepared my taxes said to come back after the government recieves it. I asked her to mail the copy to me and she said they dont have any envelopes and that I would have to pick it up in a few days. I asked about their hours and she said they were open every day, and I could just "pop on in" and pick up my 1040.
