Robert heino was quick, professional, and polite
Came in to the Anderson office because I was a couple years behind on my taxes. And Robert Heino helped me catch up to date, he made the whole process very smooth for me. Highly recommend liberty tax! Glad I found a place i can come back to in the future years to come.
Worst service ever. Filed taxes incorrectly and they do not return calls in a timely matter. I have had to file a complaint and open a case with the corporate office and have contacted the BBB. THEY LOST ALL OUR ORIGINAL DOCUMEMNTS ALSO.
