Since I met them when I was new here, they guided me and taught me about taxes and write-offs, which helped us get refunds instead of having to pay. Unlike others who end up paying large amounts after filing their taxes, I still receive refunds because of the proper guidance and lessons they provided. They are all professional and trustworthy. Folks, one of the men that works there absolutely lost it and screamed and swore at me in the parking lot. I'm talking rage and speech I don't want to put on the internet. I'm concerned for the safety of the people that go there. I am phoning head office, but until then, I would suggest going elsewhere. Not only was this unprofessional, it was scary for the public watching it happen right in front of the door of the business. I was a client there unbeknownst to him, so I grabbed my books and left.
