I have had great experiences with getting my taxes done at Liberty Tax. This year, the lovely and wonderful Charlene walked me through the process. Very professional, concerned about each person she serves, AND manages to remember each client's information and needs. When I accidentally shredded a needed document, she had no hesitation in helping guide me through the process of obtaining a new form.
