I have been going to Nancy and her staff for years. I have to tell you she checks everything. Does it twice goes over everything you need will do everything she can to make sure that your taxes are done correctly and you understand them. I highly recommend her.
Nancy was great. I was anxious and worried. Nancy is experienced and is very knowledgeable of all Massachusetts deductions. She worked to find me low income deductions. A beautiful person.
I went with my 3-year-old toddler and Nancy was nothing less than amazing. She was kind and attentive and made it all a breeze. Even with my toddler. She made sure to make him feel so comfortable. Explained everything in detail and was so knowledgeable. I would highly recommend
Horrible customer service, you pay so much money through them($700) and they can't help you when you need it. Mind you I've been going there for the last four years but never agian. You can go to a guy working out his basement for the same service and way cheaper
