I've gotten my taxes done a number of times by H&RB and J-H. While pricy, at least they're competent & ethical. A few yrs back, to save $, I gave Liberty a shot in Columbus, OH at the E. Broad location. My partner and I both submitted all of our info to Roxanna, and when Roxanna completed our taxes, she told us we'd be getting a Federal refund. Roxy is absolutely wonderful and helped me with all things taxes, answered every question. Very nice experience! I would rate it 6 stars
I had an appointment scheduled with this company at 4 PM, I waited there until 4:21pm, not being acknowledged, not to be serviced, but to also watch this lady run out after clients who were also waiting in the lobby area. There were people who obviously didn’t work there loitering around in the office bringing her food and lounging around. Not someone I’m comfortable giving my personal information to. This was a terrible first experience, I wont be returning.
Roxy was amazing as always , I was way behind and she helped take the stress off.
