I had an outstanding experience at Liberty Tax in Chipley, FL. this year. Mrs. Ginger Merritt handled my tax preparation, and she was exceptional from start to finish. She was extremely professional, polite, and patient, taking the time to walk me through every question I had. I've gotten my taxes done a number of times by H&RB and J-H. While pricy, at least they're competent & ethical. A few yrs back, to save $, I gave Liberty a shot in Columbus, OH at the E. Broad location. My partner and I both submitted all of our info to Roxanna, and when Roxanna completed our taxes, she told us we'd be getting a Federal refund.
