My girlfriend came in expecting to pay her federal tax balance (around $543), but left having paid $514 in preparation fees instead. The way the charges were explained was confusing, and she did not realize she was authorizing that amount for a relatively simple return (2 W-2s and a 1099). We understand tax prep services cost money, but the fees were not clearly communicated upfront in a way she understood. We’re hoping the office can review this situation and work toward a fair resolution.

The WORST place to file. I haven’t ever had any issues filing taxes before. But these guys misfiled 5 thousand dollars on our taxes. Causing the IRS to write us a letter about the discrepancy and saying we now owe over 2k to them. I knew something was gunna happen because they messed up the paper work 3xs and we had to go in and resign every time (so guess you could say it’s our fault). It’s ridiculous. Horrible tax place. If I had the option to do ZERO STARS I would!!!! This company takes ADVANTAGE of people who haven't filed Taxes before!!!!
