Afiya, thank you for waiting for me when I get off work. I have gotten good customer services from you. You have shown a lot of patience with me and very understanding. It has been a great experience working with you to help me straighten out my taxes.
Afiya was very friendly however they are liars they did an amended tax return on me and once they were done they promised me I didn't owe anything and instead I owe almost $5,000 to the IRS if they would have told me this at the beginning I could have started making payments then now I got to pay for the next 5 years to them until I'm done paying $5,000 they are the worst people I ever came across all I can think about is how bad the service is here you took 300dollars just so I could pay 5000 to IRS after saying I didn't ow... read more

My fault waiting to last minute only Afiya (tax preparer) was by herself I was 4th in line so I came back 15th. She was very knowledgable, a true professional and completely hands on! The only drawback is she was by herself for most of my filing process, answering phones, interrupted random questions from customers waiting and the place was under kept. Send Afiya some help???
