I've been with Liberty since in shutdown and now migrating my newly adult children to filing taxes was easy, they were informative, polite, made me feel at ease and not stupid when asking questions for things that I had no knowledge of. I brought my teen who is now working in and they helped me tremendously to explain ,coach, and answer andy questions she may have on her new path as a worker bee who now has to file taxes next year on her own.
