We'd filed with this Liberty Tax office previously and decided to try them again this year. Very chatty rep wouldn't stop with the BS small talk with a great deal of joking but not too much talk about the task at hand, though he'd apparently had a nice vacation in Arizona. We were told that on average there'd be a 2 week wait for our refund, but to contact them if that didn't happen.
