I would rate 5, last year I got dinged over $5000 taxes, this year I had my taxes done by Ping barely understood her, she was rude and arrogant. Nasty just nasty, contemplating to learn my own tax forms. My refund was only a couple hundred. Too bad Deligha didn’t do them she’s incredible!!
