I have done my taxes with Sabrina at liberty tax for the last 4 yrs. She is absolutely amazing and transparent with all my information...I couldn't ask for a better tax preparer and ease of getting this done every year!
While the company is very customer friendly. The associate we had had a thick accent that I could not understand over the phone. I filed as married with my wife. The total refund we got was 2,000$ but they still charged us 800$ I checked turbo tax and they would charge 199$ Sorry but the price is not worth the effort.
