I went in to get my 2023 tax's done. They were friendly. But I just got an email from CRA saying they are auditing me. Which is their fault for not doing their job. I paid just like anyone else, they are suppose to be an agent, do the job. And girl who answers phone is extremely rude, and very unprofessional
The girl that answered the phone is extremely rude. No customer service whatsoever! Just asked a simple tax question and she responded “we are not accountants!” You don’t need to be an accountant to answer a simple tax question.
