Zarina told a friend of mine that if she referred me, I would receive 1/2 off of my tax services. Woman named Donna laughed in my face. $300 for someone that had to ask for help every five minutes to file our taxes. Needed help with an issue and just sat there for 20 minutes while the guy pretended to look into it. Ended up having to call the IRS and fix it myself.
