I had a great experience at Liberty Tax. The two ladies who helped me were wonderful. I came in late after work and Shawnise Johnson and another lady (I didn't catch her name) had me in and out in about 20 mins.
Absolutely the best experience getting our taxes done! We walked in with a huge headache/weight on our shoulders that was years in the making, and we walked out feeling a thousand times better!! The customer service is the main reason for the 5 stars. Anisa put us right at ease and assured us everything will be ok. The fee was much less than I expected. I will definitely be going back year after year and I will always recommend them to anyone.
First time customer. Had an appointment with Donna at the Taylor office. She was so friendly & helpful. Knocked out my taxes so quick! Will definitely go back next year.
The professionalism mixed with the personal touch makes you feel like family! We all wish we had a family member that does taxes and now we do!! Love Liberty Tax ♥️
