Not professional at all, I tried to support my local business & got ripped off. She filed me SINGLE when I’m Head of Household, as I have been for 20 years. I didn’t get my EIC I was made to pay a MADE UP FEE FOR "filing late“ I came humble & let her know my situation, I basically signed on the dotted line to transfer that MADE UP FEE to tax preparer.
