I think this is a good convenient location for the public and businessess. I currently do my taxes for at least 3years. They help with no problem and if no customers then I don't sign in. I like how quick they work with understanding and helps when I need detailed info about my return. service with a smile and understanding. People that go there like I do, Could be easier to deal with because we loose papers and retrieve the info from staff. The people there are very friendly and helpful and give excellent customer service. Lester the Manager is excellent and will make sure you get your income tax refund.
