Always amazing
CAUTION: Liberty tax employees are not licensed CPAs, they are "tax preparers". I was sent a draft of my T1 with major errors. They claimed my income was $0 and I would be refunded all the tax instalments I had made over the year. Drishti, the tax preparer I spoke with, was not able to explain this oversight. She referred me to her manager, who was very non-chalant about the errors, saying he "would've caught it". Lester took no accountability for their mismanagement. I've been dealing with them for 9yrs now and the last two I've had nothing but issues with this location not double checking with me if my information was correct therefore not entering my correct postal code and today I had to go back because the girl forgot to scan a few very important documents plus entered my income earning wrong plus going over my papers I believe there are a few other if not more incorrectly entered numbers.
