I’ve gone to liberty tax every year for the last six years to do my taxes. This is the first year I feel like the most minimal effort was put into trying to itemize, or maximize on my refund. It seems like they learned how to Use their liberty tax input platform and that is all they did. As well as this is the first time I’ve never been given all of my tax paperwork when I left my appointment and was told I need to come back Monday or Tuesday to receive my full package.
